Trade mark & Side mark
1. Trade mark
Some words and shape on the two largest side of carton, for example, company name, city, and country. In this way, forwarder can distinguish your shipment easily from others.
2. Side mark
We usually list the item No, description of goods, Net Weight, Gross Weight and Measurement on the smaller size of out carton. When you get the goods, you will know the containing of the carton from outside.
Trade mark and side mark are usually given by customer.
Stretched canvas volume
How to calculate the stretched canvas carton size?
When customer place the order, we always give customer an order list, which is very important to show the carton CBM(cubic meter) and detail size, also show customer how many containers we should order.
Here I would like to introduce you more so that you could understand:
Take an order for example: there is a stretched canvas size 14x18cm, frame size: 1.7x2.5cm, it is 20pcs/ctn, and carton size is 38x16x20cm. How can we get the carton size?
First, please remember that we need add 2cm for the carton thickness.
The stretched canvas 20pcs/ctn means it is two lines.
So the carton length 38cm is because canvas length 18cmx2 lines+2=38cm.
The carton width 16cm is because canvas width 14cm+2=16cm.
The carton height 20cm is because the canvas thickness (1.7cm frame thickness + 0.1cm canvas thickness) x10pcs+2=20cm.

Sample policy
We are pleasure to send you several pieces of small value sample, free of charge. But we need you to confirm the freight charge could be collected.
If you need more samples, we will charge the sample cost and freight.
MOQ of each item
1. Easels, Wooden boxes and Painting sets, 100pcs each item. If you cannot reach, the price of each item will be added 10%.
2. Stetched canvas, at less 100pc each size
3. Accessories, 5 CTNS each item
4. Stencils, 100pcs in mix if we have stock. We should know your order quantity to check with our factory, if no stock here
5.Air brush, 30pcs each item
Production time
1. Usually within 39 days after order confirmed.
2. If factory have stock, the delivery time will be shorter than 39 days.
3. If happened to meet factory busy season, the production time may be more than 39 days. About 60 days.
Payment term
1.If the order over USD 10000.00, T/T 50% deposit to confirm the order and balance T/T 50% before shipment.
2. If the order below USD 10000.00, T/T 100% to confirm the order.
